Tissue-cultured aquarium plants from closed cups.
The genus Eriocaulon is usually adapted to soft water. Eriocaulon cinereum is more tolerant than most plants and thrives in moderately hard water. Soft water will promote overall health.
This is a very small, very narrow-leafed, almost cushion-like plant that needs a good supply of light and carbon dioxide to develop.
This plant will usually happily bloom when grown in an aquarium, and the numerous flower stems give it a unique look.
Flowering can easily drain the plant's energy, but under the right conditions, it will gather new energy and grow from the roots after a while.
