Anubias sp. "Petite" is a mutation that appeared in the nursery cultivation of the Oriental Aquarium in Singapore.
Remains less than 5 cm tall, has very small leaves and 5-10 cm or more rhizomes from which leaves will grow. Branch well and create dense groups. Not demanding like other Anubias, and doesn't like high light intensity.
It is most decorative when attached to a stone or tree root, and like other Anubias, it should be attached with fishing line until it is caught. If planting at the bottom, do not cover the rhizomes, as this may cause the plant to rot and die. Ideal plants for miniature landscaping in small aquariums, but will also attract attention in larger aquariums.
