The new RII series air pumps have been rigorously tested by FujiMAC's R&D staff for more than five years. Designed to withstand the elements, these pumps feature durable cast aluminum housings in the latest paint finishes. Final assembly is done in a highly controlled environment by skilled Japanese staff with continuous supervision and extensive quality control checks. Each individual pump was then tested and its performance measured before packaging.

Ultimate load test

FujiMAC employs a number of testing techniques to ensure that our pumps can withstand harsh environments such as the humidity of Southeast Asia and the hot Texas sun. Shown here is the pump running continuously for years in an uncontrolled outdoor environment, with daily paint adhesion tests to ensure a baked car quality finish will stand the test of time.
